We have developed job tracking software (TRS) to record and capture the progress of jobs in production. This software can work with barcoding (fixed or mobile) or touch screen data capture technology and can be customised and extended to meet customer specific requirements.
We use PowerPivot, a Microsoft Excel add-on, to provide BI functionality which is particularly useful when examining the history of production feedback.
Preactor 200 FCS is the entry level configurable product; it can be integrated with other applications such as ERP/MRP, MES and data collection packages. 
Preactor 300 FCS production scheduling is a multiple constraint scheduler. This means that you can define as many resources (constraints) as you like for each operation. Secondary resources can be made finite..
